We all need ‘go-to’ people. They’re there for us at the drop of a hat. We can rely on them – and they can dig us out of a hole.
As a high-quality stock photography agency, Domeble’s foundations are built upon strong client relationships. Clients need very specific imagery, often very quickly. Or they have budget constraints. Or they need an image search done with a choice of options available to them in a matter of hours.
No problem. We are the ‘go-to’ agency that can be relied on for these services.
As life returns to some semblance of normality, Domeble expects to build up more and more such relationships with clients, where we are the ‘go-to’ creative partner and resource for imagery tailored to the advertising, marketing and automotive industry.

Why do we think this? The pandemic is already shaping human behaviour, the economy and how we view the environment. Climate change was uppermost in everyone’s mind pre-pandemic and as we hopefully move towards bringing the virus under control, it is providing us with the opportunities to fast-track efforts towards a more sustainable society that produces minimum wastes and emissions.
McKinsey & Company say that ‘the coronavirus crisis holds profound lessons that can help us address climate change – if we make greater economic and environmental resiliency core to our planning for the recovery ahead’.
The International Renewable News Agency (IRENA) reports that for lasting reductions in the emission of toxins, changes are needed in the way that energy is produced and consumed. China and India, the two major growing economies, recorded a 25% and 30% reduction respectively during the months of lockdown. Our consumption and our travel have to be more responsible. For example, travelling in general – and flying less and attending online meetings more has been a large feature of everyone’s working life over the last few months. And it has worked just fine. Of course, there are many other environmental factors to address to stop irreparable damage to our planet but if the pandemic has taught us nothing else, it’s shown us there is a way to do business that can be as successful as it was prior to lockdown – and it can help the environment.

When the lockdown prevented shoots from happening, companies were still desperate for images. What were they to do? If a company doesn’t have the money or is worried about the implications of doing a location-based shoot for health or environmental reasons, then stock photography is the answer. This might sound like an oversell but it addresses all these concerns.
Businesses now realise there are benefits to staff working from home. In a similar way, clients are embracing alternatives to costly, travel-heavy and time-consuming location shoots and have warmed to the idea of licensing high-quality stock images instead.
Of course, the stock imagery has to be of the highest quality and relevance (and in the case of CGI renders) the best 360° HDRIs. Fortunately, Domeble offers some of the highest quality assets on the planet.

We’ve done a lot of research on costs to our clients, comparing physical production and photographer costs in producing imagery with an equivalent set of pre-shot images licensed to provide the same media coverage. The results are simply staggering. Our cost comparison research has shown that by licensing images instead of shooting and producing images, there is a saving of between 60% and 75%.
There are time savings too. Not only in a reduction in procuring the creative assets, but also with further savings made by reducing the project timelines. This ultimately gets the campaign into the public domain more quickly, saving considerable money and time for our clients. And very importantly, the planet can benefit too.
